My name is Christine Lewicki, Founder and Principal of O Coaching in Los Angeles, California. I am a certified career and business coach, a motivational speaker, personal development trainer, and a MasterMind™ group facilitator. In addition I am a wife and the mother of three beautiful children. My life is busy and rich!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the University of Lille, France (1997). For over 10 years I enjoyed a successful career in the corporate world as the Director of Human Resources for several multi-national firms. However, after careful consideration of my own authentic values and goals in life, I decided to transition into Coaching in 2005. Lifting a page from my professional Human Resource book, I prepared thoroughly for my new role as an expert in personal and career development. In 2007 I obtained my Coaching Accreditation from the International Coach Academy.

In 2007, I founded O Coaching, an integrated professional and personal coaching service company grounded in my core philosophy that contrary to contemporary cultural thought, there is no distinction between life and work. Through O Coaching I strive to guide businesses and individuals to integrate their individual authenticity into their business worlds in order create real world connections and achieve a level of success much greater than monetary profit alone. O Coaching and my unique program, ” The Power of Celebration”™, provides a fresh approach to creating and celebrating a balanced abundance in multiple areas of my clients’ lives.

My work at O Coaching has received many accolades from clients and peers. Most recently I have been asked to serve on the board of the International Coaching Federation Chapter of Los Angeles.
